Multi-ticket orders can bind each credential to its actual attendee. Unassigned identity-required credentials are denied at the gate.

Complete identity-enabled demo sequence

  1. Open the customer demo and choose a ticket.
  2. Enroll a headshot, or after an identity exists, generate and use a single-use Wallet ID code.
  3. Create the demo reservation and use Simulate demo payment & issue tickets.
  4. If multiple tickets exist, assign each credential to its actual attendee.
  5. Use Simulate gate admission or an authorized scanner to enter an allowed zone.
  6. Open Wallet ID and confirm the event/gate/zone admission appears in attendance history.
  7. Open the public POS sandbox to test virtual cash, Wallet ID/headshot identity, card-terminal references, paper/digital issuance, print/reprint, refund and commission/settlement reporting without creating authoritative transactions.
CASH

Virtual cash session

No electronic drawer is required. VIX tracks opening cash, cash sales, expected balance, closing count and variance. Cash also requires government ID evidence plus a current headshot.

PHONE SECURITY

Fingerprint / Face ID passkeys

VIX Wallet ID now supports WebAuthn passkey registration and verification with required user verification. The phone may use fingerprint, Face ID, or device PIN locally; VIX stores only the public credential record and never receives raw biometric data.

WHITE LABEL

Freestyle Legends integration

FLT Wallet uses FLT World authentication and the VIX identity bridge. Bermuda 2027 is identity-enabled in configuration but remains DRAFT and off sale.

Privacy boundary: successful scanner admissions create event/gate/zone history. VIX does not continuously track attendee GPS location. Cross-event insights are an optional consent layer. Government-ID capture is restricted to cash-sale security.
